DiverseFX Hosting provides digital services including website development, hosting, business email solutions and website management services. Once a service has been delivered or work has commenced, refund eligibility may be limited.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered in limited circumstances, including duplicate payments, billing errors, or exceptional service-related issues that cannot reasonably be resolved.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be granted simply because:
- A client changes their mind after work has commenced
- Hosting services are not used after activation
- A website project is delayed due to missing client content or information
- A different business outcome was expected
4. Hosting Accounts And Active Services
Once hosting accounts, business email services or website services have been activated or delivered, refund availability may be limited depending on the nature of the service provided.
5. Case-By-Case Review
Refund requests are reviewed individually, taking into account payment details, access status, account activity and the circumstances of the request.
6. How To Request A Refund
If you believe you may qualify for a refund, please contact support and provide:

- Registered email address
- Proof of payment
- Reason for the request
7. Processing Of Approved Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
8. Website Development Projects
Where website development work has commenced, any refund may be adjusted to reflect work already completed, time spent and third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client.
